ROCAMADOUR 2015

Pictures of Rocamadour don’t do this historic landmark justice. The village is a walled and fortified, tucked away in the side of a mountain. After visiting the church there, you can walk through all of the touristy shops. While there isn’t anything spectacular in them, the architecture of these shops is truly something to behold. You can find rocamadour goat cheese in the area, a super stinky cheese that’s delicious, if you’re already a “goat cheese person”. It was very pleasant just walking down the narrow street and imaging what is used to be like here long ago.
